By engaging in my photography and design services, you agree to the following legal terms and conditions. All project details, including scope, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in a formal legal agreement prior to commencement. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion. All deliverables, including photos and design files, remain the legal property of the creator until full payment is received. Revisions are limited to two rounds per project; additional revisions may incur extra fees. Clients must provide all necessary materials and information in a timely manner to avoid delays. While I strive for perfection, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as they are subjective and influenced by various factors. All work is created and delivered in accordance with the agreed legal specifications, and any changes to the project scope may affect the delivery timeline and cost. Confidentiality is maintained for all client information and project details, ensuring legal privacy and security. Usage rights for all deliverables will be granted upon full payment, with specific legal terms outlined in the agreement. Any cancellation or rescheduling of services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to comply with these legal terms may result in the termination of services and forfeiture of the deposit. These legal terms and conditions are designed to ensure a clear, fair, and professional working relationship, protecting both the client’s and the creator’s legal interests throughout the project.
